You will be responsible for maintaining standards and improving overall customer experience.
You will need to have a keen financial eye in order to manage labour costs and staffing across a network of restaurants.
You may have experience at opening new sites, and project managing these from inception to completion. This will be a key area to the role over the next few years.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an existing Area/Regional/Operations Manager within the retail sector, ideally from the QSR or fast-food space.
You will be commercially driven, with a good knowledge of managing costs, particularly staff.
