Our client is a public sector organisation in Coventry.
Job Description
The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic plans for the operational areas, in support of the overall business strategy and for improving the performance of the operational teams, ensuring that individuals have the support they need and the capabilities to deliver.
The role will have overall management accountability for the maintenance team and will be responsible for ensuring that the team deliver a high quality service to all users of the estate with a particular emphasis on customer service and the customer experience.
This will include ensuring that all reactive jobs are actioned in a timely and professional manner whilst also ensuring that there is an effective long term maintenance strategy across the estate.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience of working within an estates maintenance based position and ideally have supervised or managed a team of technical trades staff.
HND Qualifications in Building Services/Fabric or Hard FM would also be expected.
The role is based in Coventry so you will need to live within reasonable commuting distance of Coventry.
What's on Offer
A salary of £41,000 - £45,000 is on offer plus a matched pension of up to 10% and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
