Job Description

  • Reporting into the Associate Director of HR, you will manage a small team.
  • Work across the OD team to drive change and implement OD initiatives to drive the organisation forward.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the People Development Plan.
  • Manage and develop systems and processes to support development.
  • Manage the delivery of quality learning and development activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • To be successful you must have a passion for developing teams and implementing new people structures within a large organisation.
  • You will work collaboratively with people from different teams towards the same goal whilst embedding a culture of performance and well-being.
  • Team management experience.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience within the education sector is desirable.
