Job Description
- Reporting into the Associate Director of HR, you will manage a small team.
- Work across the OD team to drive change and implement OD initiatives to drive the organisation forward.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the People Development Plan.
- Manage and develop systems and processes to support development.
- Manage the delivery of quality learning and development activities.
The Successful Applicant
- To be successful you must have a passion for developing teams and implementing new people structures within a large organisation.
- You will work collaboratively with people from different teams towards the same goal whilst embedding a culture of performance and well-being.
- Team management experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience within the education sector is desirable.
