Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive PA support to senior management, including diary management and correspondence handling.
  • Coordinate HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to property transactions and contracts.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining a professional workspace.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PA / HR Role should have:
