This Paid Media Director role is all about helping client's solve real business problems and will suit someone who thrives on shaping strategies across the full paid arena (search, social, affiliates. CRO & programmatic.)
You'll inherit a team of 10 and be keen to further build this out with additional hires that further strengthen both delivery as well as strategy.
Most importantly you'll be someone who can hold court at senior levels with technical and marketing decision makers and be able to translate the science into clear, compelling stories and sound business solutions.
The team in Leeds would love some real guidance and a framework set around best practice, development and challenge so it's important that you enjoy playing a leadership role that inspires others.
The Successful Applicant
To excel as the Paid Media Director you'll bring energy, ideas and a proven track record in leading teams of performance/paid media professionals to the table.
You'll have moved from practitioner to strategic expert and enjoy the challenge of upskilling and nurturing good folk and winning new client partnerships.
