Job Description

Reporting to the Head Of Paid Media, the Paid Social Manager will be responsible for the strategic approach and campaign delivery to meet clients' goals and KPIs driving overall success. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to -

  • Analysing and resolving diverse, complex issues via an in-depth knowledge of paid social media strategy and delivery across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok, and LinkedIn including QBRs, RFPs and reviewing in depth campaign performance via strategic insights and past experience
  • Building and executing Paid Social Strategies for SMEs and Enterprise level brands from conceptual planning to tactical recommendations, including flighting, LTV, cost per acquisitions goals and budgets
  • Developing a deep understanding for audience buying across all paid media platforms
  • Communicating internally within teams to ensure success across all paid media campaigns
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of industry and changing trends
  • Interpreting, analysing and making optimisation recommendations against paid social media campaigns and database metrics
  • Engaging in all aspects of paid social media, including platform capabilities, targeting opportunities, pricing formats and bidding strategies
  • Identifying opportunities and effectively communicating the agency's value to up-sell existing clients for larger advertising budgets
  • Preparing, researching and presenting paid media plans, working with a variety of external clients

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will offer previous proven experience of managing paid social campaigns, as well as understanding what it takes to be successful in the ever evolving paid social landscape (including some of the most competitive (and expensive) audiences on social platforms!)

An outstanding knowledge of how Facebook and other social platform's work and most importantly, understanding the role of paid social across the consumer funnel and how it fits within the broader digital advertising ecosystem!

The role would suit a strategic thinker who can help drive the growth of paid social, participate in client meetings and bring winning tactical ideas to the table that will not only deliver results but equally will impress clients.

The team are looking for someone who is fun to work with and can speak confidently on the value of optimisation's and the agency's work, as well as an ability to explain complex strategies in an easy to digest manner. Last but not least, the role would suit an ambitious Paid Social Manager who is looking to join a fast growing company that prides itself on education and thought leadership for their clients and the industry as a whole.

What's on Offer

The role will be based in London (although working in a hybrid office/home based pattern). The Paid Social Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and other department teams primarily located in London. Occasional travel may be required to client sites and/or other office locations.
