Job Description
Paralegal - Corporate/Commercial Department - In this role, you will be providing direct support to a Partner of the firm, who is also head of the Commercial Department. The work itself will be varied, and you could be working on transactions such as business sales and purchases, corporate funding, partnership agreements, company restructuring, terms and conditions and Landlord & Tenant matters as well as an array of other commercial services.
The Successful Applicant
The ability to work well within a team is extremely important, along with excellent client care skills, and any previous experience of working within a Company/Business team would be useful. Business development is very important to us, so it would be beneficial if you are keen to assist in promoting and building up the department and the firm.
