The firm also acts for charities, not for profit and academies. There is therefore the whole range of clients to mould client work and portfolios accordingly dependent on the skill set, preference and motivations of the right people. Therefor professionals with an entirely accounts/tax focused background professional are of equal interest to those bringing mixed audit/accounts backgrounds as well. Joining the Plymouth offices as a Part qualified ACA/ACCA Semi Senior / Senior Accountant offices you will take on increasing responsibility for the hands on preparation of year end accounts, tax and wider general practice services to a mixed and wide ranging client base, entirely mouldable around the background and preferences of the right professionals (So for instance this can be 100% accounts/tax focused, or could also involve some audit (should the right candidate bring audit skills, with interest to utilise these skills moving forward). There will be scope to carve a key position within this growing office and progress in your career. You will be developed and encouraged to progress technically within this environment and the role offers an excellent opportunity for the right professional looking to further their career in the profession.
The Successful Applicant
The role will suit any of an AAT qualified and/or, part qualified, finalist ACA/ACCA. You will have at least two to three years or considerably more accountancy practice experience in your career so far across a mix across any of: audit /accounts/tax etc and be looking to further your career within the profession post qualification, with increasing responsibility and progression on offer as you carve a key position within this successful team and department.
What's on Offer
Circa £22,000 - £29,000 dependent on experience, background and level of the right professional, plus benefits
