About Our Client
A highly successful and growing accountancy practice based in Bodmin. The business has been undergoing continued and sustained positive growth through referrals and new business generation. The director has clear growth plans and vision, providing a supportive environment and has a small, close knit team of part time support staff. The firm uses IRIS, Xero, Quickbooks. A mix of remote/home to office working will be on offer also, or office based.
Joining as a part time accountant you will primarily take responsibility for the delivery of year end accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies up to around £1million turnover on largest clients, with a core client range typically turning over around £100,000. You will work on varied clients mixed in industry range and turnover. You will carve a key, support role here to managers and directors as a key addition.
The Successful Applicant
You may be experienced only or an AAT qualified technician looking for a part time opporunity, two to three days a week. Most importantly, as a key requirement to be considered for this role and firm, you will have developed experience across any of year end accounts preparation, bookkeeping, preparing vat returns etc within an accountancy practice firm of any size. You will have at least three years or ideally more experience, developed within an accounting firm / accountancy practice environment, as a key requirement.
What's on Offer
