A Legal 500 law firm in the Midlands, based outside of Birmingham.

We are working with a Midlands law firm who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Solicitor to join its established team, acting on a mix of property matters from development work to landlord and tenant matters. The team has 4 experienced solicitors, most of which have worked at larger city firms but wanted to move to a firm closer to home with a better work/life balance and clear progression opportunities.
The quality of work is very good - not every deal is huge but the firm has a loyal client base and are seen as one of the best property firms in their location.

The Successful Applicant
It's likely that you will have at least 3 years' experience in Commercial Property and be confident at running matters and dealing with clients. The role would suit a lawyer with a general property background or somebody looking to do more general work.
The firm is open minded to the background of the lawyer - so you could either be a lawyer at a large firm looking for something different or a lawyer looking to move to a similar regional firm.
Ideally the firm are looking to recruit somebody on 3 days per week but would look at somebody looking to work 4 days.
