Michael Page Finance are retained by a luxury Audio Visual design and installation business.

An established company who turnover circa £2million, design and install the latest technology for visually stunning, luxury real estate.

Due to growth, they are looking to appoint a part-time Financial Controller.

Job Description

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

  • Managing company cashflow and budgets
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, performing account reconciliations & maintaining the general ledger including audit trail support for all journal entries
  • Prepare and reconcile all bank accounts resolving any discrepancies
  • Assist with the production of monthly and quarterly results.
  • Prepare and analyse account reconciliations
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Assisting with annual reviews/audit preparation
  • Assist with completing all HMRC filings and returns
  • Implementing /strengthening processes and controls to improve reporting and accounting accuracy

The Successful Applicant

A successful Part-Time Financial Controller should be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Demonstrable experience in the construction or related sectors
  • Able to build relationships and add value
