Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsFlexible working hours availableWorking for a well established businessAbout Our ClientThis company provide a wide range of products with an expansive customer base.Job DescriptionThe Part Time Legal Counsel position based in Bath will involve the following tasks:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts including customer and supplier agreements, terms and conditions, heads of terms and non-disclosure agreements.Supporting the sales and purchase teams on contract review and contract management.Advising on potential disputes.Support to company secretarial function including share transfers and corporate filings at Companies House.Assistance with drafting Board and Management agendas and minutes.Assistance with organising and running of the AGM.Involvement as required in a variety of other legal areas, including property/lease matters, trusts, environmental queries and intellectual property.Assisting on the development of Company precedents and policies.Provide support on departmental administrative matters.Advising on compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate for the Part Time Legal Counsel position will need the following skills and experience:Has at least 6 month's experience in commercial contracts, corporate or commercial litigation.Excellent relationship management skills to be able to engage with key stakeholdersStrong attention to detailBe able to work independentlyWhat's on OfferThis is a Permanent position, offering part time hours, approximately 3-4 days per week, but with flexibility for the right candidate.
