Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to meet company objectives.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials and brand management.
  • Drive growth by identifying new market opportunities.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team to deliver on set objectives.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align company messages.
  • Conduct regular performance reports to monitor and adjust the marketing strategy.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry with a hands-on approach to their work.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent understanding of brand management and consumer behaviour.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends.
  • Happy to work a 24 hour a week contract/3 days with 2 days in their Leicestershire offices and 1 day at home.
