This is a Partner level appointment to lead the Project Management team. A prestigious opportunity to define and deliver a business strategy that will amplify the ongoing success of the National Building Consultancy division - forming an enviable reputation for delivering £multi-million schemes across the property sectors.

You will take ownership of the Project Management team that represents clients across the UK. This is a strategically important appointment that will become one of the key pillars for future growth and diversification.
Expanding on their success to date, you will grow the division to install professional service offerings from each of their offices, increase turnover and attract new clients to the business.
Advising developers, property companies, retailers, corporate occupiers and businesses in the health, education and automotive sectors you will be responsible for the delivery of existing schemes and the successful tendering of new projects.
Professional responsibilities will include:
- Securing & delivering £multi-million projects across the UK
- Office Management, fee generation and financial reporting
- Development of client briefs and project execution plans to deliver defined outputs
- Manage design teams in the development of design solutions through to planning application and approval
- Assisting with the compilation of tender documents, and critically reviewing tender returns, contract negotiations, award of contracts and client reporting
- Monitoring and reporting on the contractor's progress against the contract programme, reassuring clients of progress
The Successful Applicant
You will be qualified by either the RICS, CIOB, CEng, MIET or APM and have demonstrable experience in a similar consultancy capacity, being able to cite numerous examples of successfully completed, high specification, complex schemes.
You will have selected partnering consultants and have operated in a leadership role that utilises your ability to interface with clients and lead multi-disciplinary teams. Your personality is one that reflects an ability to challenge, coach, motivate and influence, being robust and self-sufficient.
What's on Offer
Salary £70,000 - £100,000 Dependent on Capability + Car + Exceptional Bonus Scheme.
