Job Description
Planning: Establish a PMO:
· Ensure synergy with our brand transformation guidelines
· Think/act globally, regionally and locallyImplementation: Drive effective and cost-efficient execution through the line
· Blending of broader campaigns with coordination of regional/local activities
· Effective management of external agencies, vendors and other entities as required
· Support the delivery of content/amplification across digital, social and offline channelsMeasurement: Establish and report on a Digital Dashboard of measurements which
· Illustrate "What success looks like" in tiers 1, 2 and 3
· Leverage data to monitor performance against targets (ROO and ROI) and improve performance
· Evaluates the relative effectiveness of different channels e.g., hospitality vs. social
The Successful Applicant
· Experience of performing a delivery role within a corporate environment
· Demonstrable years comms project management experience
· Experience and knowledge of media relations preferred
· Knowledge of the region and industry preferred
· Experience of both reactive and proactive digital communications
· Demonstrable evidence of delivering through others
· Outstanding English oral and written skills; fluency in another language an advantage
