About Our Client
A recognised social housing contractor in the UK, with a strong pipeline of contracts.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for managing the client project from inception to completion, ensuring that works are completed on time and within budget. The scheme is a refurbishment project with a value of circa £6m p.a. The Partnership Manager will be responsible for 4 direct reports and 30 indirect reports.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience in an Operations Manager position for a social housing contractor focusing on refurbishment schemes (up to £10m p.a.). They will also have a commercial mindset alongside exceptional relationship building skills.
