Job Description

  • Responsible for the account management of our portfolio of corporate and charity partners, ensuring they have a first-class experience of working with Lintbells, Home of YuMOVE.
  • Responsible for the development and activation of engaging and creative marketing communication campaigns, to amplify our charity and commercial partnerships.
  • Responsible for the account management of our YuMOVE Brand Ambassador programme, working with high profile individuals across a variety of sectors.
  • You will feed into and execute our partnership and sponsorship strategies, as set by the Global PR and Partnerships Lead.
  • Assist with activating our corporate and charity partnerships, ensuring KPIs are delivered, and a strong commercial ROI is achieved.
  • Assist with the activation of our commercial sponsorships, ensuring KPIs are met and commercial ROIs achieved; example partners include The Kennel Club / Crufts and DogFest.
  • Management of our charity and partnership email inboxes, reviewing requests and taking appropriate next steps, as directed by the Global PR and Partnerships Lead.
  • Support the Senior Social Media Executive with the management of Facebook groups, including our YuMOVE Dog Agility and Dog Showing communities.
  • Responsible for the weekly and monthly reporting of UK partner activity (corporate, charity, sponsorship, and ambassadorial programme), including producing an in-depth report for internal stakeholders.
  • Work with the influencer grad/executive to amplify partnerships across our network of YuMOVE influencers.
  • Work with the D2C team to maximise partnership activity to support with customer acquisition and retention.

The Successful Applicant

  • You will have previous account management experience within an agency, commercial or charity envirotment.
  • A will have a solid understanding of marketing, including social media and PR.
  • You have the ability to work well with internal and external stakeholder and be a natural relationship builder.
  • You drive to make things happen, using initiative and logic like a true 'self-starter'
  • You excel when working naturally at pace and will lead from the front.
  • You are full of ideas big and small with an ability to bring them to life.
  • You are resilient and tenacious when it comes to embedding change.
  • You demonstrate commercial acumen and see the value of being numerical and analytical.
  • You are a team player - we're a close-knit team!
  • You have outstanding planning and time management skills and able to prioritize workload
  • You are enthusiastic and have a genuine love for pets.
