Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation located in East London

Job Description

Temporary People Advisor:

  • Providing HR advice to designated teams and areas on a broad range of complex generalist HR and employee relations issues.
  • Advising, coaching, training and enabling managers in order that they can manage their people well and deliver an effective service.
  • Ensure that a high quality, responsive, reliable and proactive service is provided to all internal customers.
  • Undertake relevant HR projects to improve the quality of the service in line with organisational objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Temporary People Advisor:

  • Previous HR experience in a charitable organisation, or the not-for-profit space
  • Member of CIPD (Level 5 or 7) or significant equivalent knowledge of HR issues.
  • Extensive working knowledge of employment law and an understanding of good management practice
