Job Description

  • Data analysis and KPI management.
  • Planning and workflow management.
  • Achieving the service level delivery requirements of the contract.
  • Delivering an efficient working schedule, providing sufficient time to complete the repair on the first visit.
  • Minimize non-productive time, such as travel time.
  • Ensure operatives are not overbooked, jobs are correctly prioritised and correctly allocated to the appropriate operative.

The Successful Applicant

  • Excellent IT skills particularly with Excel (advanced level).
  • Experience of Castleton Maintain, Northgate, and DRS would be preferable.
