Job Description

  • Operations Planning and scheduling, working closely together with production and SCM to ensure the monthly/weekly production execution.
  • Provides visibility and feedback into the S&OP process to support the demand plan, while driving supply and capacity planning.
  • Inventory management while ensuring the right level of inventory, material availability & optimization for production plan execution. In line with company guidelines.
  • Fulfillment planning & maintenance of planning parameters.
  • Leads/contributes to Continuous improvement initiatives for the optimization of on time delivery, lead time, & inventory accuracy
  • Supports the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions across the value chain.
  • Technology, best practice in planning systems and integrated ERPs (SAP)
  • People leadership and development

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong SAP background
  • 5 years experience in operation/planning
  • Track record of developing a high performance team
  • Change management
