Are you an experienced plot sales solicitor / conveyancer who is currently very overworked and working within a team that has little structure? Has the extension of the stamp duty rules made you more worried that things will become even more overstretched within your firm?
We are working with a Midlands law firm who act mainly for 2-3 developer clients who have seen an increase in Plots work and are looking for a full time fee earner to help manage the team which consists of more junior fee earners.
You will be the point of contact for the developers so you need to have experience of dealing with these types of clients directly.
There is no need to come in with a client following - the team is already busy and has strong relationships with developers.
This is an opportunity for you to take on the responsibility of a team whilst also fee earning on the matters too.
The firm has an excellent and supportive culture and there is plenty of admin support.
The Successful Applicant
It's likely that you will have at least 5 years' experience within the residential development market with extensive experience of dealing with Plot Sales and developer clients. Experience of managing paralegals would be a strong advantage.
