Are you currently wokring as a conveyancer in a busy, stressful environment working on a huge volume of matters? Are you looking for some more flexibility in your role but the pipeline of work doesn't allow this?
We are working with a growing law firm who are looking to bring somebody on board to take their lead on all legal matters relating to plot sales. The firm act for a number of developers on large projects and this role would be supporting the solicitors on these transactions to manage the plots element of the projects from start to finish.
They are looking for an organised fee-earner (you could be a qualified solicitor or non-qualified) who has experience in conveyancing matters and looking to do something different. Plot sales experience would be desirable.
The opportunity would also involve a small amount of conveyancing for senior individual clients of the firm but it is in no way volume conveyancing and the firm does not act for members of the public looking to move home.
The firm can be flexible if you are looking for part-time or flexible hours. The workload is constant but not overbearing and the work environment is not stressful. This is a good opportuntiy for somebody who is looking to run their own matters in a busy but well structured environment.
The team is small so you would be part of a close knit firm.

The Successful Applicant
It's likely that you will have at least 3 years' experience running your own conveyancing or plots matters from start to finish.
Our client will consider candidates with a range of PQE or non-qualified experience.
