Job Description

- Collaborate with the Head of PMO, Senior PMO Analyst, Business Analysts, Project Managers and other IT colleagues to ensure the completeness and accuracy of information provided including project status reports, financial reporting and RAID reporting

- Create and distribute regular reports on the project portfolio, portfolio trends, resourcing and cost management for ITCS, and assist the

Senior PMO Analyst and Head of PMO in reporting to senior management

- Support resource and capacity planning across ITCS

- Take an active role in training, coaching, embedding high quality project delivery and the ITCS Project Delivery Methodology across all teams

- Assist with internal communication channels for the PMO

- Assist in compiling delivery-related financial and KPI information

- Contribute to the ongoing development of project management and PMO tools and practices

- Maintain and improve PMO processes, policies and quality document templates

- Contribute to the execution of an ITCS project communication strategy and communications plan

- Support the execution of PMO feedback surveys

- Day-to-day administration supporting all aspects of PMO operations

- Coordinate PMO meetings and minute-taking

- Gather and collate project related information for reporting

- Presentation of key PMO messages / policies via internal communications channels

- Administer access to project management tools

The Successful Applicant

  • Sound understanding and experience of PMO processes, procedures, standards and governance
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management

  • Good grasp of modern technologies and tooling

  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

  • Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexible approach to work, including occasional out of hours work
