My client are a worldwide hospitality group with over 30 brands and have more than 5,000 hotels in 110 countries and are continuing their steady growth.

Job Description

  • In charge of all transversal projects including CAPEX and change management
  • In charge of the business transformation following the execution and providing KPIs to measure the success
  • In charge of animating the community of PMO across hubs to drive the transformation and strategic projects
  • Build, follow and animate dashboards with KPIs to generate value for partners / owners
  • Map, simplify and optimise the scope and profitability of IT services
  • Define and animate sales plan with regional targets in alignment with global BP
  • In charge of integrating new brands in the company Eco-system with consistency and unique business model / service offer across regions
  • With the support of the finance team, financial control maintaining the overall budget consolidation, revenue streams, profitability and cost optimisation by service synergies

What's on Offer

My client are offering a base salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits. Flexible working will be available with an expectation of 2/3 days a week into the head office in London.

Occasional travel within the UK will be needed for this role.
