About Our Client

Michael Page are currently working in partnership with a not for profit organisation based in Staffordshire to recruit a PR & Media Manager, £40,000 - £45,000.

Job Description

In your new role as a PR & Media Manager you will be responsible for developing the brand awareness and exposure into the national media using an array of traditional and print platforms. You will take full ownership of the development, management and delivery of all PR activities. Whilst utilising your expertise to liaise with a diverse range of external and internal stakeholders (including editors, journalists, influencers, ambassadors, employees, volunteers, supporters and beneficiaries). Joining an expanding team to which you will contribute to the recruitment process in early 2022. You will identify and implement fund raising opportunities focusing on media-based appeals and community partnerships

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have developed extensive PR & communications skills within a corporate or agency background. Be confident leading from strategic perspective and developing the "bigger picture". Someone who has had experience within journalism/media would thrive and be able to leverage their existing relationships to develop brand awareness. However most of all this job will offer immense gratification and enable you to feel like you really are helping others.

What's on Offer
