Job Description

Within the Growth team, Business Development will be accountable for the progression and qualification of opportunities through the governance gates 0 to 2. This focus will ensure that opportunities progressed within the business are well understood, qualified and aligned to the business strategy to ensure high quality outcomes for our customers and strong win rates across our target markets.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate(s) will be; proactive, positive, innovative, customer focused, responsive, and able to develop and sell tailored solutions and consistently deliver results. This role holder will be responsible for capture management of our opportunities (both new and re-bids), which may involve framework bids where close collaboration with the business unit teams and bidding services will be crucial to success.
