Our client is a leading, global Independent Investment Adviser with this role being based in Canary Wharf. Founded 40+ years ago, our client is a market leader when it comes to providing tailored money management and investment support to HNW individuals.

Job Description

As a Private Client Director, you will call HNW leads that are provided to you, qualifying and scheduling face-to-face appointments.

  • You will meet with prospective clients with the goal of gathering new clients and assets for the firm
  • This position is highly entrepreneurial and involves warm initial calls and in-person selling to close business
  • You will be supported by dedicated portfolio management and client service groups who manage the transition and retention of client relationships, allowing you to focus purely on selling
  • You will report to the Managing Director

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for sales and new business-focused individuals, highly skilled at qualifying leads and and forging relationships with HNW individuals looking to invest. You will be results driven and although you will be a quality relationship builder with a consultative style, the route you know you want to go down in the next phase of your career is sales and growth-centric as opposed to pure relationship management.

Experience in organically growing out a client base is preferred, as the need to be able to demonstrate that you are a self-starter with entrepreneurial is essential. RDR level 4 qualification is also essential and this role will suit someone results-driven well-versed in the HNW / wealth management arena.

What's on Offer

Our client is looking to pay a base salary of £60k and the office location is Canary Wharf. Hybrid working is encouraged but there will be considerable time spent in the office and meeting with prospective clients, this is not a home-based role with occasional office attendance. All information relating to additional earnings and OTE from bonus will be discussed at interview, but this role and its earning potential is incredibly lucrative.
