About Our Client
A leading firm with a fantastic reputation in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. The firm works together with leading businesses, pre-eminent individuals and key stakeholders in Dorset and the surrounding region.
With newly refurbished offices and an open, approachable and friendly culture, this firm stands above many of its competitors in the local area. The firm cares about their staff and believes in achievable targets, an excellent working environment and a work/life balance.
As a Private Client Junior Equity Partner you will be working with private individuals and high net worth individuals in the Bournemouth and surrounding areas, across a broad range of Private Client matters.
You will be dealing with the full spectrum of private client work including wills, probate, LPAs and complex tax and trust matters. A significant proportion of the team's instructions come from high net worth clients making this the perfect post for a skilled partner seeking high quality work.
Entering at a senior level, as a Private Client Junior Equity Partner you would be expected to assist in leading a team and get involved in business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
To join as a Private Client Junior Equity Partner, you will already be a Private Client Senior Associate or Junior Partner at a leading regional law firm, being 8 years PQE+.
Experience is more important than current title, so if you have the level of PQE without the senior associate title or perhaps are 6 years PQE and above, there is opportunity to join as a senior associate with a view to progressing into the partnership over a relatively short period of time.
You may either already have experience of leading and developing a small team or be looking to take the next step up to do so in due course.
STEP Qualification or commitment to acquiring this is essential.
Qualification as a tax adviser (CTA) or an interest in obtaining this qualification is desirable but not essential.
Connections in the local Dorset market would be an advantage.
