Job Description

  • Lead and grow the private client practice.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Maintain an active role in industry-related organizations to expand professional network.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the delivery of top-quality legal services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of professional services industry trends and changes.
  • Promote the firm's reputation by accepting ownership for new and different client requests.
  • Contribute to the team's effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Client Partner should have:

  • An impressive track record in their practice.
  • The client is open to a range of practices - covering both contentious and non-contentious work.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to grow and develop a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced in BD.
  • An existing client base which, if not portable, can be developed on a move.
