Job Description

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload including:

  • Drafting simple and complex Wills
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Court of Protection matters
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Trusts and estate planning
  • Inheritance Tax (IHT) advice
  • Elderly client matters

The Successful Applicant

A successful Private Clients Solicitor should have:

  • Qualified solicitor status with 1-3 PQE within private client law.
  • Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, and probate processes.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • A proactive approach to solving legal challenges.
