Job Description

  • Provide support to the private funds team and their advisers, including document drafting and review.
  • Assist with fund formation and ongoing fund management processes.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare reports for internal and client use.
  • Maintain and update case files and databases with accuracy.
  • Support the team with compliance and regulatory filings.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the private funds department.
