Job Description

As a Procurement Analyst you will be responsible for the following:

  • First contact/support for internal and external stakeholders with Procurement related needs. Responsible for the acquisition of the right goods/services and to the required quality at the best possible total cost of acquisition.
  • Research, interpret and manipulate data using a variety of systems, analysing and highlighting issues for further analysis
  • Reviews and monitors processes, procedures and associated documentation, implementing or making recommendations for changes as appropriate.
  • Plans and administers complex meetings, visits, conferences, committees, and the associated budgets.
  • Contract management for medium to high value and/or more complex contracts.

The Successful Applicant

  • Open to graduates with exposure to a business environment seeking to make their first move into procurement.
  • Experience working within a procurement function at a similar level is desirable.
  • Exposure of applying procurement processes and supplier evaluation would be desirable.
  • Ability to deal with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
