Responsible for the acquisition of the right goods/services and to the required quality at the best possible total cost of acquisition.Research, interpret and manipulate data using a variety of systems, analysing and highlighting issues for further analysisReviews and monitors processes, procedures and associated documentation, implementing or making recommendations for changes as appropriate.Plans and administers complex meetings, visits, conferences, committees, and the associated budgets.Contract management for medium to high value and/or more complex contracts.The Successful ApplicantOpen to graduates with exposure to a business environment seeking to make their first move into procurement.Experience working within a procurement function at a similar level is desirable.Exposure of applying procurement processes and supplier evaluation would be desirable.Ability to deal with senior stakeholdersExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.What's on OfferSalary £28,759-£32,982Excellent pension (11% pension scheme)25 days annual leave.Hybrid working and flexible working hours.Array of wider benefits for childcare and transport.Opportunities for professional development and further education.
