Job Description

- Build strong relationships with global food suppliers.

- Work cross functionally with NPD on new products and menu launches

- Lead negotiations on a quarterly and annual basis with suppliers.

- Be at the forefront of food innovation and be the 'go to' person on various ingredients.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 + years of procurement experience, ideally within a restaurant or QSR environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passionate 'foodie'!
  • A track record of making savings and developing relationships with suppliers.
