About Our Client

Lintbells is a high growth pet supplements business with No.1 brands in the UK across both Vet and Retail channels. Our core brands are YuMOVE, a range of natural joint supplements and YuDERM, supplements for Skin & Coat.

Lintbells have ambitious growth plans and in 2017 attracted investment from Inflexion Private Equity Partners to support those plans. Over the 3 years to December 2019 sales have doubled and in 2020, despite Covid19, sales have continued to grow at over 30-40% p.a.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead product strategy for Lintbells' website portfolio including eCommerce websites yumove.co.uk, yumove.com and the corporate website lintbells.com
  • Optimise customer journeys and strive for an excellent user experience that converts into engagement with the brand and sales
  • Continuous testing of the subscription and non-subscription flows
  • Understand incoming traffic intent and build bespoke journeys meeting the intent
  • Utilise regular user testing and interviews as well as data insights to inform strategy
  • Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention to meet new and returning customers' needs
  • Regular analysis of website performance, e.g. traffic, conversion rates, funnel performance
  • Build a team of website experts and developers to take the websites to the next level of growth
  • Implement agile ways of working internally and with external partners
  • Build product roadmap and prioritise development based on business cases
  • Review and upscale eCommerce infrastructure
  • Work closely with the IT Director to ensure high security and seamless integration of our eCommerce infrastructure with other parts of the business

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally be/have:

  • Demonstrable senior experience in Product Management in an agile environment
  • Proven track record in managing eCommerce website projects and teams
  • Strong UX/UI experience and a test & learn mindset to improve user experience
  • Well-versed in Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, A/B testing, heatmapping, user testing
  • A customer champion with experience in conducting user interviews and user research
  • Previously implemented agile in a team and seasoned Jira, Asana or similar user
  • Ability to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Team management experience and experience working with internal developers and agencies
