Job Description

The Production Manager - Night Shift will oversee full cradle to grave operations across their business unit and be the go to person to optimise plant efficiency, quality and delivery. they will also

Able to measure, assess and deliver against a clear plan
Drive improvement across the business unit to cut any waste
Lead a team of technical and non technical operators
Able to clearly communicate to site leadership
Focused on plant optimisation and delivering against a clear set of objectives
Have a proven track record in running a manufacturing, FMCG or industrial process operation
Train and up skill co-workers to create a proactive and positive culture

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be:

Managed teams for 5+ years
Have a proven record in working nights - is preferred
IOSH/NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous
A driven and can-do attitude
Knowledge of lean tools
Passion and driven to create a nights culture based on delivering on time in full
A hands-on leader
Is a clear and comfortable communicator
