Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all aspects of the production process while prioritising adherence to health and safety guidelines consistently
• Plan and coordinate production schedules efficiently
• Adjust and enhance productivity as needed
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel
• Provide effective leadership to the production team
• Ensure that the output meets established quality standards
• Maintain communication with internal and external clients/customers
• Monitor and address the skill requirements of the production team, support team in upskilling themselves
• Use data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement activities
• Minimize machine downtime by monitoring the condition and maintenance of plant machinery
