About Our Client
My client is a global manufacturing business who are industry-leaders designing and delivering beautiful, innovative products to last a lifetime. They are looking to grow their manufacturing team in Rainham by recruiting a number of Production Operatives.
Job Description
The successful Production Operative will be:
- Working and assisting across all production / manufacturing departments
- Consistently working to SOP's and quality standards
- Adhering to health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times
- Ensuring correct PPE is worn at all times
- Achieving daily set targets
- Ensuring that housekeeping standards are met at all times through regular cleaning of the areas / departments
- Being willing to undertake training to develop in role and improve performance across departments
The Successful Applicant
We are looking to speak to candidates who have/are:
- Previous experience of working within Warehouse / Production Manufacturing
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets
- Will be able to carry out both lone and team working
- Will be reliable with a 'can do' attitude
- Promotes being motivated and driven at work
What's on Offer
The successful Production Operative will receive:
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
- Company Pension 5% employee 3% employer
