Job Description
Health, Safety and Environmental management
Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of housekeeping and safe working practices within the production area
Assisting in the effective implementation of lean manufacturing techniques within the production area
Coordinating material to allocate work and enable people to work effectively
Intervene and stop the production process in the event of a product non-conformance
Ensure effective training and development of team members
Ensure the continued implementation of the departments Quality Procedures
The Successful Applicant
A proven track record of people management in a manufacturing environment
Accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in production and competence in lean manufacturing techniques
