Job Description

As a Professional Indemnity NQ you will engage directly with clients, manage complex professional negligence and Contractors All Risks claims, and gain hands-on experience with both pre-action and litigated cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your expertise in alternative dispute resolution and case management, while collaborating closely with experts and senior colleagues. You will have regular interaction with clients, sharing your knowledge of key issues and providing meaningful advice and support.

You will deal with a mixed workload of professional negligence claims involving a wide variety of professionals, plus an opportunity for involvement in Contractors All Risks claims.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Professional Indemnity NQ should have existing litigation experience, in any discipline. Our client is open-minded about the qualification level of the candidates they see - they are most interested in what you think you can bring to the role and the team
