Job Description

  • Support the delivery of individual projects
    • Creates working project plans/timelines and, when required, budgets for each programme they are responsible for
    • Can communicate effectively with clients via email and, with support in preparing, can conduct face to face interactions
    • Can take, understand and clarify a brief from the client
    • Ensures agency and client approval processes are adhered to
    • Can develop simple briefs, presentations, copy, consistent with project objectives
    • Manages suppliers to ensure materials are delivered to specification and on time
  • Collaborate with colleagues to get work done
    • Is supportive and takes initiative to keep projects moving
    • Supports the development of project plans/timelines and budgets for other programmes
    • Is prepared for and contributes to internal meetings
    • Identifies and volunteers to take on work to help the team
  • SimpleKOL briefings
    • Is confident to manage straightforward communications with KOLs, particularly by email. Starts to conduct face to face interactions with HCPs, with support.
  • Lead account and project administration
    • Prepares for and contributes to internal project meetings, and where required, provides appropriate materials to the team in advance
    • Supports the production of accurate estimates, reconciliations, and invoices
    • Responsible for timely and accurate summaries of client TCs/meetings and programme/project status reports
    • Keeps LAN files up to date and easily accessible
  • Contribute to account management and account development
    • Informs senior programme team of any issues or potential issues with client and suggests solutions
    • Understands the project KPIs and supporting the team to achieve them
    • Builds a basic understanding of brand / medical education strategy and key supporting data and disease area
    • Contributes to tactical planning meetings on the account
  • Management/Leadership
    • Supports new team members, either by being a buddy, or helping with one or more elements of the induction of a new joiner
    • Presents internally with support
