Project Accountant

* Ensure that all financial aspects of the project are fully understood by all relevant stakeholders.

* Develop alongside the Project Team to establish a financial plan and business case for the project which will include P&L impact, balance sheet impact and cashflow impact.

* Challenge the project team to ensure benefits and tracking of each project are delivered through the project and business cases are delivered

* Establish procedures to ensure the correct split between capital expenditure and operational expenditure.

* Ensure that all relevant members of the project team understand and adopt the policies on capital versus expense.

* Establish a monthly financial reporting pack for the project to include P&L impact, balance sheet impact and cashflow impact of the project for review with the project team and finance leadership.
