AJ100 Architectural practice that retains it's small independent feel.
Dynamic range of projects with exposure to all RIBA aspects.
About Our Client
Repeat AJ120 practice with dominant presence throughout the UK and studios overseas. Their focus lies across Residential, Retail, Commercial and Banking sectors and they have an active role throughout all stages of a project from inception through to handover.
Studios are made up of Architects, Technicians, Interior Designers and Project Managers who all integrate throughout projects and throughout the studios.
As a Studio, Architects and Technologists are encouraged to take ownership and control of their projects, and truly lead on all aspects. You will be given the freedom to practice Architecture across a range of stages, not just the design or the build! Furthermore, you will be invited and championed to innovate and engage in rich dialogue with colleagues and industry professionals alike.
This is an exciting role on a very large university project that is about to commence on site. You will be immersed straight into things in finalising stage 4 details and acting as main POC from RIBA 5 onwards. Typically the role would be split between office and site visits (resuming when we can) and you will be heavily involved in coordinating Architectural information with a range of other disciplines within a BIM environment.
The Successful Applicant
To apply, you will be either a qualified (ARB or RIBA) Architect, or a Senior Technologist with an eye for design. You must have an excellent command of Revit, in particular working in a collaborative BIM environment and moving fluidly between building and tweaking families and models.
You will be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally, and can quite comfortably prioritise your time to meet deadlines. That being said, you are flexible and accommodating as the unexpected can occur!
You enjoy working on large projects, having ownership of your bit and feeding into the grand scheme of things; a team player who enjoys collaborative efforts to see a project realised.
What's on Offer
You will receive a highly attractive and competitive salary with benefits including professional fees, 26days annual leave, pension contribution etc. You will receive support and be given room to continue growing as a professional Architect, strengthening our all-round Architects skillset.
