About Our Client

Client is the leading independent, international automotive retailer, with scale operations in Australia, Belgium, Greece, Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK. The Group also has operations in a number of other markets, including Eastern Europe, the Baltics, China, Russia and South America. In addition to growing its core businesses, the client is looking to develop scale operations in new and emerging regions. It represents leading automotive brands and operates either a retail, or a vertically integrated retail model (i.e. exclusive distribution and retail), depending on the market. Clients core brand partners are Audi, BMW, Honda, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Toyota/Lexus and Volkswagen.

Job Description

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Project manage the global Distribution Excellence transformation programme that will deliver 'Inchcape Differentiated Distribution'
  2. Own the overall Distribution Excellence delivery plan
  3. Work with the Regional Transformation Directors, market leaders, global platform leaders, and HR leaders so that they;
    1. Develop and own the delivery of their part of the Distribution Excellence transformation,
    2. Are fully engaged in the design of 'Inchcape Differentiated Distribution',
    3. Achieve the expected benefits
  4. Organise and facilitate Distribution Excellence governance meetings and represent the programme in wider corporate governance
  5. Track benefits delivery
  6. Provide project delivery and financial reporting
  7. Be the link between all stakeholders
  8. Oversee the creation of Distribution Excellence playbook
