About Our Client
Our client specialises in delivering temporary infrastructure at events.
You will be passionate about delivering projects safely and efficiently from start to finish as well as proactively seeking new opportunities through active targeting, tender opportunities and expanding our offering to existing clients. The role is diverse with responsibilities in responding to enquiries, generating enquiries, establishing requirements and advising best practices, and providing suitable and accurate quotations, then following these up to confirm the sale.
It involves visiting and measuring up potential sites, developing plans and schedules for the successful installation and aiding the development of positive relations to achieve a high percentage of profitable repeat business. You will need to manage clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, installers and public bodies to ensure that projects run smoothly and any obstacles are overcome. This will include conducting site meetings with the prospective clients, to survey the site including site specific risk assessments and building strong relations.
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking to hire somebody who has a track record of either project managing the delivery of events or construction projects or somebody who has gained exposure within these environments and who would be wanting to develop their career within them.
It will be essential to demonstrate that you will be comfortable with managing and developing relationships with both clients and contractors to ensure that you are able to successfully the deliver the safe installation and delivery of events infrastructure.
The role is based in Bristol and will require some travel so our client would like somebody who is based in or around the Bristol region as the role is predominantly based in their Bristol office.
