Project Manager (small change)

Essential skills required:

• In depth experience in leading multiple small to medium complex projects.
• Experience leading internal and external teams.
• Experience managing third parties.
• Experience using different project management methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, comfortable operating at all levels in the organisation
• Experience of working alongside Agile Technology teams
• Experience in industry standard project management processes and controls - financial control, resource management, risk & issue management, planning, change control, benefits management, reporting.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services industry
• Excellent communications skills; written, verbal, presentations.
• Good Negotiating and influencing skills
• Formal project management qualification
