Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
  • Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines within the Life Science industry.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Life Sciences, Business Management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects preferably in the FMCG, Healthcare or life science industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Sound understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
