About Our Client
A leading G15 HA, this role is working within their busy and expanding PRS Department This role although initially a temporary position, but will go permanent in April time.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the position involve looking after a mixed portfolio (predominantly new builds just out of Defect) and being responsible for:
- Being a dedicated point of contact for your customers
- Delivering operational performance against targets and KPI's
- Delivering an excellent service on budget
- Ordering and managing repairs and maintenance
- Carrying our property and estate inspections
- Managing tenancy issues
- Arrears management and reporting
- Compliance - legislative, industry and H&S
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- Property Management Experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good understanding of the relevant legislation, statutory and regulatory requirements related to the private rented sector
- A good understanding of the private rented tenure and the processes related to the letting and managing privately rented property
- Experience of analysing processes and services in order to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Effective IT Skills

What's on Offer
This role is paying a competitive hourly rate of £15-£17 PAYE, and is currently a fully WFH position. A Laptop and phone will be provided and you will work a Mon - Fri working week.
This immediate start position will go permanent in April.
