Job Description

  • Processing invoices and credit notes.
  • Completing payment runs.
  • Reconciling supplier statements.
  • Dealing with supplier queries.
  • Preparing month-end reports.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Assisting with audit preparations.
  • Supporting the wider Finance team with ad-hoc tasks.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Purchase Ledger Clerk' should have:
