Job Description
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be able to do the following:
- Take ownership of packages as delegated by the business
- Running Project, post-contract and handover
- Overlook high-spec residential and healthcare projects all across London
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for the Quantity Surveyor role will be able to demonstrate:
* Ability to manage budgets and forecasting with proven negotiating skills in order to achieve the most economically advantageous contracts
To be successful in the Senior Quantity Surveyor position you will have:
* All round skill set with package management experience
* Ideally, High end residential experience
