Job Description
As a Research Associate / Research Scientist you will be responsible for:
- Method development and qualification of a range of analytical techniques used for structural classification of product (chromatography methods, MS, UV-Vis etc)
- Supporting in identification of initial biosimilar molecules and developing / transferring relevant methods
- Conduct regular sample analysis to support with stability studies
- Maintaining compliance with cGMP and GLP industry standards at all times
- Support QA in in relation to verification, qualification, generation of SOPs and reports, and assisting with investigations as required.
The role is laboratory-based on site in North West London.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful you will be a real team player with a willingness to learn. You will have:
- A degree-level qualification in a science, life science, pharmacy, medicine or pharmaceutical chemistry based subject is essential for this role; a Masters level qualification is desirable
- Experience in a similar biotech / biopharmaceutical GMP/GLP environment
- Good knowledge of method validations, product transfers and product validations is highly desirable
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret data and present findings
